My work started in marketing, close to campaigns, content, customers, and the small signals that show why people click, buy, hesitate, or come back. Over time, I became more interested in the patterns behind those signals: what the data says about behavior, needs, and business opportunities.
That is what led me toward marketing analytics and customer insights. I bring experience across digital marketing, CRM, campaign strategy, market research, and performance analysis, and I like turning complex information into clear insights that help teams understand customers better and make stronger decisions.
